Will Killing Day finally be made?

I remember watching E3 2005, back when I was a 14 year old lad, and being mesmerized by chaotic dual-wielding demo of the game Killing Day. The game alone made me want to splurge for a Ps3, but to my and many others disappointment, the game was cancelled and never made.

Several years later, Ubisoft may be resurrecting the game, according to an article by Gameinformer. The article also states that the game has fluctuated from abandoned to revived over the years, but looked as if the general public would never see the release of the game. A trademark filing that was filed recently shows that there still may be hope that the game may be made.
Not too bad looking considering it was going to be a launch title.
The filing indicates that Ubisoft hasn't completely abandoned the project. It's not a green light to start developing the game, but Ubisoft refused to comment on the issue, according to the article.

Since we're on the subject, some cancelled games that I would like to see resurrected are Frame City Killer, 100 Bullets, 8 Days, and Shenmue 3. What projects would you all want to see revived? Feel free to share.
